Help us make our world more inclusive.
We want to hire disabled artists to work with us on a creative campaign encouraging employers to hire inclusively. All our artwork has been donated so far, but we want to provide meaningful, fair employment for artists with disabilities.
That's why we are here: to make our world a more inclusive place for people with disabilities and differences of all kinds.
People with disabilities make up the largest minority group in the world — and the most underrepresented.
Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit teaches children (and grown ups, too) to embrace each others' differences through conversation — primarily with children's books and classroom materials, but with so much more to come.
Because the more we talk about disabilities, the more normalized they become. And by reminding everyone about all that people with disabilities have to offer, sparking open conversations about our differences, providing proper representation, and teaching kids early-on that disability is something to celebrate rather than shy away from, our world can become a more inclusive and all-around better place.
