Reaching our goal of $ 10,000 will not only help fund the development of a customized therapeutic that would drastically slow the progression of Duchenne for Fritz, but also help others living with rare disease gain access to customized medicine.

Reaching our goal of $25k will help fund the development of a humanized DMD mouse model. This colony of mice will then be used for safety and efficacy testing which are pivotal steps in drug development.

Reaching our goal of $150k will continue to fund the development of a life-changing customized therapeutic. This money in particular will fund pivotal in-vivo testing done on the already developed DMD mice, to test for both safety and efficacy.

 Strength is giving to life-changing research.

, disease that affects approximately 1 in 5000 boys. Duchenne takes away the ability to walk in boys' early teens, and boys typically don't survive their mid-twenties. Currently, there is no cure. At Fritz&Friends, we believe
