Week of Giving Granville
Reaching our goal of $35,000 will help us continue to serve the youth in our community, especially during these challenging times.
Join us for our Week of Giving! This year, in place of our annual Be Great Breakfast, we will be hosting our first virtual event. Every day during the week of 10/26 we will share fun, insightful and inspiring posts and videos made by our Club kids, their families, our staff and our supporters in Granville County. During the week of 11/30, we will feature our Clubs in Vance County and during 12/7 we will feature our Clubs in Franklin County.
If you want your donation to go to a specific county, just name which one in the comment box when donating. Follow us on social media to keep up to date with our Week of Giving!
Our physical doors were closed to Club members from March to September. During this time, our doors remained open to serve the community as we provided hot meals and virtual Club programming. Recently we were able to invite a very limited number of young people to participate in Club programming. The cost to provide services to young people are greater than ever and so is the need.
Week of Giving is our way of allowing you to support your community and to invest tin the lives of our Club members. Your tax-deductible donation of $100 will give you exclusive access to our daily Week of Giving event videos where you will hear from our Keynote Speaker, LeVelle Moton - NCCU Head Basketball Coach and Raleigh Boys Club Alumnus. It will also provide meaningful support to students participating in remote learning while at their Club.
While we can’t have our in person Be Great Breakfast this year, we are stillexcited to share everything our Clubs have been doing to aid our communityduring these challenging times. The whole week will be filled with messages from our kids, staff, and donors! We want people to learn about our wonderful organization that changes and saves the lives of so many children in our community.

OUR MISSION
At BGCNCNC, our mission is to enable all our youth, especially those who need us most, to become caring, productive, and responsible citizens. Some of BGCNCNC programs include Passport to Manhood, promoting men's mental and emotional health, Keystone Club, focusing on academic success, career preparation and community service, and SMART Girls, fostering girl empowerment. We serve youth in Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Vance & Warren counties. BGCNCNC continues to work toward fostering and developing integral experiences in different academic and health fields through teaching, training, and utilizing resource-based curricula. Through dynamic sessions, participatory activities, field trips and mentoring opportunities with young adults, children and teens will explore their own personal self-image, societal attitudes and values: as they build skills for healthy eating choices, staying mentally and physically fit, getting good health care and developing positive relationships with peers and adults.
