Dance Project of Washington Heights is excited to announce our Board has generously offered to match up to $500 of all funds raised before May 10th

It is important to maintain our pay-what-you-can model so that everyone who wants to participate in our dance classes is able to no matter what their ages, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic statuses.

Raising funds is crucial to support our dancers so we remain a strong resource for the community we serve.

National Teacher Appreciation Week

Many of our teachers stayed with the same students throughout the entire year, which provided our kids with consistency and reliability during a time of so much unpredictability.

Our incredible DPWH teachers have been able to teach our students hands-on in live dance classes since our inception. When everything went virtual in 2020, the staff of DPWH remained dedicated to educating our dancers and interacting with them via zoom.

Raising funds is crucial to support our dancers so we remain a strong resource for the community we serve.
