Home for the holidays. The phrase can mean something different for everyone. But for families struggling to escape hardship or poverty, “home” can mean little more then a mattress on the floor or a sheet tacked to the window as a curtain during this special time of year. Our annual Jingle Dwell Home for the Holidays campaign provides a way for you to spread holiday cheer by transforming a house into a home for a deserving family or supporting our Amazon Wish List. It costs a minimum of $5,000 to set up an 800 square foot apartment for a single mother with two children - a cost that these families simply cannot afford, especially during the holidays.

Dwell with Dignity provides complete home interiors that include furniture, art, bedding, linens, kitchen supplies, food in the pantry and their first night’s meal. Families come home to what is now their new standard of living, and in turn the whole family unit becomes stable in home lives they are proud of. Toxic stress levels are reduced significantly. Academics improve. Play dates are made. Plans are made for birthday parties, holiday gatherings, and family dinners. These designs have a powerful generational impact. Help us serve more families in need this holiday season.
