When we reach our $10,000 goal, we will have built 4-5 wheelchair ramps to help people safely get in and out of their homes.

Through donations, we are steadily building ramps along the Gulf Coast and beyond. Ramps on average cost $2,500-$3,500, some upwards of $10,000. Through the support of the community, we are able to help all those in need. We have built or installed over 50 ramps to date, and have a growing list of those in need. At this time we are self-funded through our own fundraisers and donations from local businesses and the community. We are thankful for the community support of Keesler Federal Credit Union, Champion Dodge Jeep Ram in Gulfport, Weichert Realtors Gulf Properties (Katherine Sutton), and Island View Casino for being signature sponsors of our program.

Mississippi Heroes is a tax-exempt public charity (federal tax ID #85-0834831). All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your generous financial donation.
