As an independent patient voice, we stand for and with patients and families, ensuring they are heard, informed, and supported at every step of their health journey.
That’s why we created Neighbors Helping Neighbors Community Champions, an empowered community dedicated to prevention, early detection, and hope.

- Free kidney health screenings at our Neighbors Helping Neighbors Community Health Fairs
- eGFR, uACR, A1C, blood pressure, and cholesterol testing
- Genetic kidney testing for high-risk individuals
- Education and prevention resources for families
- Community Health Worker support to guide patients toward care
- Digital tools, including the TKF Mobile App, so people can track their health
