RE22 | The WAVE/ AMBASSADOR CLUBS
Currently the wave is being implemented in 8 schools throughout San Francisco, one non-profit foundation where we implement the WAVE curriculum. We have at least 3 additional schools on the waitlist.
RE22 is a purpose development mentorship program. We are empowering middle and high-school-aged students from all walks of life.
We prepare youth to pursue and fulfill their purpose by abiding by our "4 P's": Purpose, Plan, Pair, and Path.
RE22 has been instrumental in a group curriculum we call “The Wave,” where we teach foundational concepts to help overcome obstacles in the path of their purpose. From there, we seek to funnel pair each youth with a mentor (made up of both staff & volunteers); we call the individual mentorship “the effect.” RE22 partners with like-minded youth missions, schools, corporations, and influencers to implement our group curriculum, “the wave” (ages 9-19), on a macro level, teaching purpose development. We currently work with schools throughout the year where we teach our proprietary curriculum, continually expanding and growing from our 18-lesson plan. Our proprietary group purpose development curriculum is taught throughout a school year, usually to 100+ students weekly or bi-weekly. We typically have our founder or another staff member/ board member as the RE22 teacher.
The WAVE has significantly impacted our partners by providing a structured and tailored approach to fostering a sense of purpose among students. The specialized curriculum is paired with a game so the students can increase student participation, foster social and emotional learning, and motivate students to take risks.
