Support Amani's Annual Harvest Fest & Safe Trick-or-Treat
Last year, just weeks before the Amani HarvestFest & Safe Trick-or-Treat, tragedy struck. Burglars broke into the Dominican Center on back-to-back nights, stealing valuable equipment and more than 30 brand-new costumes meant for neighborhood children. What could have been a heartbreaking loss turned into a story of resilience and love.
The community rallied. Partners like Spirit Halloween, local donors, and supporters like you stepped up. Together, we kept the tradition alive. And because of that generosity, the event still went forward β and served more than 400 families. Some children even received a brand-new costume for the very first time. The pride in their smiles, the joy in their laughter, and the excitement of the event was priceless.
This year, we want to do even more.
β¨ Our 2025 Goal: Outfit 500 underserved youth in the Amani neighborhood with new Halloween costumes β and give them a safe place to celebrate with their families.
But costumes are just the beginning. With your help, we can also provide:
- Snacks, drinks, and food to fuel the fun π
- Candy and trinkets to make trick-or-treating magical π¬
- Family activities and entertainment to create lasting memories πΉοΈ
- Volunteers and setup support to keep the event safe and welcoming π
For many children, this event is more than just a Halloween party. Itβs their chance to feel special, included, and celebrated. Itβs a reminder that their community cares for them β and that they deserve joy.
π Every $25 helps provide a costume for one child. Every gift matters.
With your support, we can make sure 500 kids have a safe, magical Halloween β and give families in Amani a reason to celebrate together.
