Being a part of the Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania as the Vice President of Finance & Administration, I have been surrounded by incredible people all working toward one mission!! I truly feel great about what I do each day. Each Leadership meeting starts with a story of success, showcasing the individuals that we serve the most. Thank you for visiting my page and considering donating to this amazing organization. As an adult with cerebral palsy, I know first-hand what early intervention can do for a child trying to figure out why it’s not as easy for them to do what all the kids around them can do. 

Easterseals takes that child and gives them and their family the support they will need to navigate through the most valuable years of a child’s development, from physical therapy to social interactions with other children with similar struggles. 

My goal here is to give each child the help they need to believe in themselves and the support they need to achieve those goals.

I began working for Easterseals in August of 2022 as their Database and AR Coordinator, and it is truly an honor to work alongside wonderful and caring individuals who all have the same goal in mind- to make a great impact and better the lives of children and adults with disabilities in our community. I have the privilege of working at our Reading location and am able to witness amazing interactions between our therapists and the individuals and families we serve. I have a personal connection to Easterseals of Eastern Pennsylvania. My sister was born with Down Syndrome and benefited from many different programs Easterseals of East Pennsylvania provided. I saw firsthand how those programs taught her life skills, boosted her confidence, and provided her with opportunities to have independence.

My sister’s experience is not unique. Easterseals helps to provide children and families with the skills and resources they need to develop, grow, and be successful. Easterseals of Eastern Pennsylvania wants to make programing like early intervention, Autism Diagnostics, outpatient therapy, summer camps, and more available to all children and families who have a need and desire to participate.

 Antonio has cerebral palsy, which makes it difficult for him to move his arms and legs, but what everyone notices first about him is his charming smile and laugh. He is simply full of joy and determination. Over the past two years, he has benefitted from a variety of programs at Easterseals, including outpatient therapy, neurology and orthopedic clinics, and the equipment loan program.
