When we look back on our childhoods we remember attending summer camp, participating in sports, going on field trips, and/or taking lessons in art, music, dance, or theater. 

These activities helped us develop an appreciation for the arts, learn to work with others toward a common goal, build the grit to persevere through practice and loss, and contributed to our overall  physical and mental health.
