There is no place that captures the flavor of our community more than our amazing downtown. The Pearl Street Mall is Boulder’s living room - and downtown events like the Tulip Fairy & Elf Festival, Bands on the Bricks, Munchkin Masquerade and others are a critical and emblematic part of what makes our connection so strong.

About Us

Downtown Boulder Community Initiatives (DBCI) is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of Downtown Boulder Partnership. Our staff and volunteers produce diverse and accessible events focused on arts, culture, and family-friendly entertainment that in turn support the local business community. Our mission is to engage visitors and locals alike through arts, culture, innovation, and inclusive, community-driven experiences in downtown Boulder.
