Support the purchase of land.  As materials costs increase, at one point lumber was up 200% over the year prior, and the housing boom continues, the cost of a buildable lot has skyrocketed.

Housing affordability is down 17.5% since 2020 in St. Croix County (as of January 2022)

St. Croix County is the 2nd fastest growing county in Wisconsin

Habitat's partner families are hard-working individuals who contribute sweat equity to the home we build together?  

Family partners are required to have a reliable income. 

Workforce housing is the supply of affordable housing that meets the needs of the workforce in a community. 

 A home is where a job goes to sleep at night!
