VIP: Your $150 donation will support the VeloYouth mission and you will also receive a LOVE-ly t-shirt to wear during our class. If you purchase your ticket by Friday, February 5th, we will do our best to get your shirt to you prior to class.

STAR: Your $1,000 donation will put you at STAR status! A star with your name on it will be placed on the trailer at the Velodrome. This generous gift shows each kid just how much you care.

Quality of Life Connections

 offers at-risk and disadvantaged teens 18 hours of coaching in cycling at the track in Balboa Park's San Diego Velodrome. The athletes give back (through community service), become mentors to their peers, and "pay it forward" as steps towards earning their own bike.

Coaching, on and off the bike, focuses on the motto "STARS Create Possibilities" with emphasis on 

uccess. SDVY promotes personal development, social connections, healthy competition, and education. At the completion of the program, our athletes will have set and achieved goals, increased self-confidence, made new friends, and learned teamwork.

, our cocktail educator, is a cocktail evangelist and a regular educator at The Battery. Recently, she was the bar manager at San Francisco’s Bon Voyage!, and previously worked in New York at Maialino, Barbuto and Dante.

For our virtual cocktail night, Rebecca will be guiding you how to make delicious and cocktails and mocktails at home! We will make these cocktails at the same time together, just virtually. The items on the ingredient and tool lists are intentionally flexible and will be explained throughout the class.

In between cocktails, we will have recent graduates share stories of their time with VeloYouth. Board members will also be present, sharing their love for VeloYouth.
