This is the total cost to hire four software engineers into the Refcode software agency and pay them for a year.

Refcode (Tekton Career Training)

We don't want our participants to have to choose between building their career and putting food on the table. 

Money donated to this fund will go directly to paying refugees and immigrants who are gaining experience building sophisticated software for the Refcode software agency. 

We want to pay a living wage to our participants while they learn, grow, and prepare for their second job!
