I found the people to be friendly, hospitable, and hungry for God. People met under canopies, tents, trees, and even out in the open. God moved powerfully while we were there. We do not want to just go to say we preached there, but it is our mission to partner with fruitful ministries such as these effectively to further the Kingdom of God. We worked together to provide Bibles, food, and water for a community with no natural source of water. One church in the slum area has been standing room only with people sitting outside just so they can hear the teaching from the Bible!
You can help by donating now to provide assistance to our partners in Goma. They need food and Bibles, and they have a trauma center that could use your support.
