Through a series of programming ranging from community gatherings to career development, symposiums with Broadway thought leaders and leaders outside of theater with expertise in coaching, financial planning, wellness, activism, the core of this group lies in the benefits of connection, support, and empowerment we can provide each other.

Our members are business leaders, owners, and employees representing a wide range of theatrical professions including marketers, general and company managers, theater owners, producers, press agents, casting directors, lawyers, company managers, and many more. Our initiatives include:

Continuous connection and personal enrichment through curated community conversations, in person and virtually, a Slack channel, social media content and community management, and member-led groups including the official BWA Book Club
