Our Story

We are a team of young women with the collective dream of improving healthcare through entrepreneurship. Given our distinct backgrounds in medicine, banking, and consulting, we recognize healthcare as an industry that carries great complexity, and thus, great opportunities for innovation. However, women continue to be under-represented in leadership positions and to raise less funding for healthcare ventures compared to men.

We hope to shed light on different aspects of healthcare and strategies by:

Building a Network - Theia offers members access to a network of aspiring and established entrepreneurs and investors in healthcare.
Highlighting Women's Stories - Spotlight on Women in Health Ventures is Theia's podcast that shines a light on women in the field. The podcast is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Anchor.
Providing Mentorship - the monthly Agora mentorship program allows members exclusive access to established entrepreneurs and investors.
Democratizing the Framework for Company Building - through our Your Path modules, we hope to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools to build a health venture from idea generation to company launch.
