The Latin American Relief Fund (LARF) is pleased to announce the official launch of its capital campaign to help fund the construction of Albergue ABBA's new long-term migrant shelter: El Centro Cultural de Derechos Humanos / The Cultural Center for Human Rights (CCHR).

Now, LARF is helping raise funds for ABBA House’s next chapter: a larger shelter community, the Cultural Center for Human Rights, that will provide refuge, healing, and long-term support for people rebuilding their lives.

The Cultural Center for Human Rights will be dedicated to providing a safe, supportive refuge for migrants, refugees, deportees, and internally displaced people seeking to re-establish their lives in Mexico, with dignity and respect for their basic human rights. An infirmary to meet critical medical needs.
A rehab gym for amputees to rebuild strength.
Legal assistance for migrants and refugees seeking legal status in Mexico.
Art studios and classes to help people heal trauma through creative expression.
Educational and job training programs to empower futures.
