 In 2020, amidst the global turmoil caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, House of David Milford Delaware was founded with a mission to restore dignity and housing stability for our most vulnerable populations. Recognizing the urgent need for support, we stepped up to provide essential services to those affected by the pandemic. Since our inception, we have directly assisted over 1,000 individuals with food, shelter, and clothing, offering a lifeline to those in desperate need.

 Our commitment to serving the community has been unwavering. Through our comprehensive wraparound services, we have not only provided immediate relief but also empowered individuals to rebuild their lives. Our priorities include education, trauma-informed care, and economic justice, ensuring that every person we assist has the tools and support needed for long-term empowerment. The impact of our work is evident in the lives we have touched and the hope we have restored.

 As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce our plans to expand our shelter capacity. Currently, we can accommodate three families, but the need is far greater. To meet this demand, we aim to increase our capacity to eight families, providing safe and stable housing to more individuals and families in crisis. This expansion is crucial for us to continue making a difference and to offer a haven for those who need it most.
