RE22 | COMMUNITY WORK
Your generous gift will increase our impact throughout the city and world. Through engaging in community work our youth learn the importance of serving, engaging, giving, empathy, compassion, and collaboration.
RE22 is a purpose development mentorship program. We are empowering middle and high-school-aged students from all walks of life.
We prepare youth to pursue and fulfill their purpose by abiding by our "4 P's": Purpose, Plan, Pair, and Path.
Our staff, board, students, and volunteers partner with organizations throughout the Bay Area to work within the communities. Some examples of work we have done in the past are:
- Hot Chocolate Outreach in the Tenderloin with City Impact
- Thanksgiving Meal at Glad Tidings Church with TITC
- Speaking and Engaging with Youth Groups in San Francisco
- Car Washes to help fund youth to attend camps and conferences
- Walking to end human trafficking with A21
We believe our students must learn to lead while developing a servant's heart. A servant's heart is crucial for leaders as it embodies a selfless commitment to serving others before oneself. Leaders with a servant mindset prioritize the development and well-being of their team, fostering a collaborative environment. This approach builds trust, enhances teamwork, and encourages open communication. By placing the needs of others first, leaders not only inspire loyalty but also empower their team members to reach their full potential.
