Maternal Mental Health Month
$10,000 provides 60 families with One-to-One therapy during the perinatal period.
Unfortunately, accessibility issues such as cost, stigma, and lack of mental health screening continue to worsen the crisis. According to a 2018 study by the CDC, 50% of women with depression were not treated, and 20% were not asked about depression during a prenatal visit.
At Thrive, we are dedicated to improving accessibility to maternal mental health by providing a range of low or no cost mental health services, including misscarriage support, psychotherapy sessions, and crucial at-home visits. These services have been proven to improve maternal health outcomes.
We are working towards a $10,000 mental health awareness goal, and we need your help to get there!
