RE22 is a purpose development mentorship program. We are empowering middle and high-school-aged students from all walks of life.

We prepare youth to pursue and fulfill their purpose by abiding by our "4 P's": Purpose, Plan, Pair, and Path.

The EFFECT focuses on one-on-one youth mentorship, which plays a pivotal role in shaping a successful future for their future. The close and individualized guidance from a mentor allows for a deep understanding of the mentee's strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations. Through ongoing interactions, the mentor can tailor advice, share experiences, and offer constructive feedback, creating a roadmap for personal and professional development.

The EFFECT's individualized approach fosters a sense of accountability and support, helping the youth navigate challenges, set realistic goals, and make informed decisions. The mentor serves as a role model, imparting invaluable life skills and insights that contribute to the mentee's confidence and competence, ultimately paving the way to a successful and fulfilling future.
